Dr. Alicia Gittleman is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. With over a decade of experience in general dentistry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Our Town Dental in Peterborough, NH.
Dr. Gittleman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Middlebury College. She also completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Danbury Hospital, where she gained advanced clinical training in restorative and surgical procedures.
Dr. Gittleman is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles. She has a special talent for working with children and patients with dental anxiety, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Known for her gentle approach and kind demeanor, she takes the time to get to know her patients, building trust and creating personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
Her clinical expertise includes restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, periodontal procedures, and laser therapy (LANAP / periodontal regenerative therapy). She also has experience with clear aligner orthodontics, providing patients with discreet and effective solutions for straighter smiles.
